The first of them is the Construction Law Act, which specifies that construction works must be designed and built in accordance with current knowledge and maintaining fire safety.

The second document that specifies these conditions is the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of April 12, 2002, as amended, which regulates the technical conditions of buildings and their location. This document precisely defines the fire safety of building structures, the specificity of fire zones and escape routes.

The last key legal provision is the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of June 7, 2010, as amended, which determines the fire protection of buildings in accordance with EU standards and regulations.
